Get set for Shrewsbury's Incredible Edible Summer!

Shrewsbury is through to the finals of Britain in Bloom and the theme for this year is "Incredible Edibles." We will be growing vegetables, herbs and edible plants around our town, as well as our usual floral displays.

We want as many people as possible to get involved in our Incredible Edible Summer and we are inviting young people to get creative and design an "Incredible Edible" character made up of flowers, herbs and vegetables that you will find in Shrewsbury.

We want you to create vibrant, interesting posters to welcome the Britain in Bloom judges.

Use the template by clicking on the link below to design an "Incredible Edible" character - make sure it is bold, bright and colourful.

Your entry should be sent to the Mayor of Shrewsbury who will judge the best poster.  There will be a prize for the winning entry, as well as a special prize for your school.

The closing date for receipt of entries is Friday 31st May and the winning pupil and their school will be notified shortly afterwards.
